Now that you may have chosen your course or considering one, please take a look at the application procedures, processing phase and necessary documents you will need in order to successfully complete your enrolment at our college.

How to apply & enrolment procedure
  • Gather vital information - such as the courses of your interest, when you will be able to commence on the course, and other factors that may affect you studying at our college such as transport/getting to our college, accommodation, your regional status e.g. local or international, expenses and others.
  • Arrange and prepare necessary documents - e.g. recommendation letters, certified English copies of certificates and transcripts, passport etc.
  • Complete and send the application form along with the required documents and fees as applicable.
  • Wait for reply from the college regarding the outcome of your application.
  • It would easier for us to confirm the receipt of your documents, if you have an e-mail address.
  • It also helps you to contact us in case of any emergency and to communicate instantly.
  • If your application is successful, you will receive the 'Letter of Acceptance (LoA)' for the course you have applied. You will then need to finalize your decision about taking up the course and send necessary tuition fees to us in order to receive the 'Letter of Enrolment' (LoE).
  • Once you have received your Letter of Enrolment (LoE), you will need to apply for a Student Visa for studying in UK from British High Commission/ Embassy in your home country. Details for the international student visa processing and Visa Application Form can be found here.

Processing phase
  • After receiving a complete application form with the required documents, our admissions unit will assess your application for your credibility to study the course you have applied for. It may take up to 2-4 weeks to assess and process your application depending on the course and place for the course etc. If you are accepted, you will be notified by a 'letter of acceptance' stating your application has been accepted. Once you pay the necessary initial fee, you'll be sent the 'letter of enrolment' which guarantees you a place at the course.
Documents you need to provide
  • In order to apply to our college, you'll require:
  • A recommendation letter or reference of someone who knows you 'academically' for at least 1 year (family member, friends, relatives will not be accepted).
  • Certified English copies of certificates and transcripts
  • A photocopy of your passport
  • You will also need to make sure that you have enough time to place all the documents necessary before approaching to apply for student visa. The guidelines to applying for a student visa can be found here.
  • If you have got the visa, the next step will be to ensure that you have time before arriving in the UK and the course commences. However, if your visa is unfortunately refused, you have to take the refusal letter with you and send a copy to process any refund/documents as applicable.
Things to note
  • It is vital that you plan carefully about your career ambitions when choosing a further education option, e.g. a degree, as they take 2-4 years to complete. Furthermore, you should also consider your academic credentials when choosing a course or applying to us to make sure you meet the course's entry requirements.
  • The application process for studying abroad is time consuming and requires applicants to start preparing well in advance of their anticipated start date. It is very important to begin the admission process early because in many cases application deadlines are far in advance of the start of the semester (sometimes as many as ten months).
  • You also need to allow time for scheduling any standardised tests needed for admission and then having the results of these tests sent back to us. There is no uniform world-wide application system. Each college like ours establishes its own unique policies. If you are an overseas international applicant, please contact our regional International Representative to apply to us conveniently.
